What do I get with the assessment and preparation package?

Once you’ve committed to working with me, you will each be provided with a link to the online assessment. It’s very important you complete the assessment on your own, and do not share any thoughts/feedback about the assessment until we meet.

During our initial session, we will address your results and you will be provided with a Couples Report, outlining your typology, areas of strength/growth, relationship dynamics, personal stress profile, couple map, family map, and SCOPE personality scales. I can assure you, this is an extremely thorough and insightful snapshot of your relationship.

After the initial session, you can continue to explore the different areas in our “Preparation” program. We can design a program based on your needs. For some couples, it may be an additional one or two sessions to explore a couple core areas. For others, you may want to commit to multiple sessions. The Preparation program is meant to accommodate your individualized needs.

Please note: though I’m a licensed therapist in New Mexico, this isn’t premarital “counseling”. We are utilizing an assessment tool to help you identify areas to grow in your relationship. Should you prefer therapy/counseling services, let me know and we can accommodate that as well. But, it will require us completing all the traditional documentation for therapy such as informed consent.
